"I have weak wrists due to shorter bones, so they easily overwork but this brace with the 3D compression really helped with the pain. I just put it on and the pain went away in a couple minutes. Although it helps really good with pain, it can feel really tight once you put it on while feeling no pain. I love how the hand can move completly free and the support starts actually on the wrist. I am a woman, so my hand has a lot of space inside the "glove part" but if you are a man it might be different. If you are between 2 sizes or on the edge of one i recommend taking the larger one because it is tight anyway. I would also say that it is not made for daily use bc the compression will feel too tight when you wear it for too long but it is perfect for sport or pain periods during the day."

"Try on before you just go for it. These do not fit like gloves. The wrong size will definitely limit your ability to achieve the true benefits this product provides. Exchanges are easy and painless.
