1. Braces & Supports

30-Day Refund Policy

You may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible:

• Products may be worn or tested to assess fit and performance
• We allow exchanges for a different size even if the product has been used, to ensure you achieve the perfect fit
• Returns are accepted even if the product did not meet your expectations
• Products must not show signs of intentional damage or misuse

 

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• Refunds are issued once the item has been received and inspected
• Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days (up to 15 business days depending on the provider)

 

Faulty Items (Within 180 Days)

• Contact us with clear photos of the issue
• We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you
• Priority handling for all faulty claims

 

2. Recovery Range – Electronic Products

You may return your electronic device within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible:

• Products may be used to assess performance
• Returns are accepted even if the product did not meet your expectations
• Products must not show signs of intentional damage or misuse

 

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• Refunds are issued once the item has been received and inspected
• Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days (up to 15 business days depending on the provider)

 

1-Year Warranty (From Date of Delivery)

All electronic devices include a 12-month warranty.

This covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Hardware malfunctions
• Functional failure under normal use

 

To qualify:

• The issue must be reported within 365 days of delivery
• Clear photo or video evidence may be required
• The original unit must be returned

 

Please note:

• Refunds are not issued beyond the initial 30-day period
• The warranty does not cover accidental damage or misuse

 

 

3. Bundle Purchases

Items purchased as part of a bundle promotion are treated as a single offer. If part of a bundle is returned, the bundle discount will no longer apply and the refund will be recalculated based on the standard price of the item(s) kept. As a result, the refunded amount may be lower than the original bundled value.

 

4. Rashguards - The Grapplers’ Guarantee

You can roll in it, sweat in it, and train hard — if you’re not 100% satisfied, return it for a full refund within 90 days. No questions asked. This guarantee applies only to rashguards.

 

5. How to Start a Return

To begin your return, please email info@anacondafightwear.co with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• A clear photo of the item

 

Our team will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
Once your return is approved and shipped, please provide the return tracking number. This allows us to monitor the return and helps ensure faster and more efficient processing of your request.
